DetAPCn hydrogen set point not reached [Error Code:2015 2018 2021 2024]

Cause¶

The pressure or flow rate may have not reached the set value due to the following reasons.

• The gas supply pressure is insufficient.
• There is a leak at tubing connections.
• The resistance of supply tubing is large (since the tubing connected is long or its inner diameter is small).

Solution¶

• Check that the gas main valve is open.

• Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
  

  

  

• Check that the supply pressure is sufficient for the hydrogen gas to flow.
  

  

  

• Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.

• Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used tubing.
