APCy set point not reached [Error Code:2026 2027 2028 2029 2030 2031 2032 2033 2034 2035 2036 2037 2038 2039 2040 2041 2042 2043]

Cause¶

The pressure or flow rate may have not reached the set value due to the following reasons.

• The gas supply pressure is insufficient.
• There is a leak at tubing connections.
• The resistance of supply tubing is large (since the tubing connected is long or its inner diameter is small).

Solution¶

• Check that the gas main valve is open.
• Check that the gas supply pressure is higher than the set pressure.
• Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.
• Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used tubing.
