AOC-20s vial returning error [Error Code:6019]

Cause¶

The following causes are possible.

• Gripper could not grip the vial when returning it and dropped the vial at the handover position.

Solution¶

Check and perform the following.

• Redo the teaching using the vial to be used for actual analysis.

  • In case of AOC-30i
    AOC-30i_AOC-20sU_SamplerTeaching

  • In case of AOC-20i
    AOC-20i_AOC-20s_SamplerTeaching

• Perform a transport test (in case of AOC-30i).
