AOCm solvent vial is not set [Error Code:6036 6041]

Cause¶

The following causes are possible.

• No vial is placed in the specified position.
• Vial is missing a vial cap.
• A vial with dimensions incompatible with the AOC is used.
• Vial is placed in a position exposed to direct sunlight.
• The vial sensor has a problem.

Solution¶

• Check whether vials conforming to the equipment are being used.

• Check whether the operating environment is appropriate.
