SCD oxygen primary pressure is not enough [Error Code:6146]

Cause¶

The oxygen supply pressure is lower than the lower limit.

Solution¶

• Check that the gas main valve is open.
• Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
  
  

  
  
  
  

  
• Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.
• Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used tubing.
